  • Complimentary Consultation

    I offer a free 20-minute consultation either by phone or online in which we can briefly discuss your needs and how I may be able to help. Consultation calls are a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have prior to counselling and are useful for us to see if we would be a good fit to work together.

  • Individual Counselling

    (Online or Phone)
    I provide online virtual or phone counselling services for adults residents of British Columbia to address a range of concerns. Individual counselling sessions support you in processing your thoughts and feelings as well as exploring new perspectives and ideas. Sessions are 50 minutes long.

    Online counselling services are conducted using a secure web-based portal.

  • Walk & Talk Therapy

    Walk & Talk therapy is talk therapy conducted while walking outside and connecting with nature rather than being inside the office or online. Combining mindfulness-based physical activity with traditional talk therapy provides clients with a unique opportunity to reduce stress, relieve body tension, improve circulation, and receive mind-body insight while processing experiences in a different way. The movement in these sessions is light, to help facilitate the counselling process.
